Inventory Officer at JNC International Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintain files and organize documents electronically and in hard copy.
• Ensure that all transactions from all JNCI storage locations are captured and documented both manually and electronically.
• Maintain the records of products using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft office suite (Excel)
• Receiving and dispatching of products and ensuring FEFO (First Expiry First Out) is followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure clients’ others are fulfilled.
• Generate weekly report on inward and outward movement of stock.
• Responsible for Spot checks and periodic cycle count and report same
• Any other additional responsibility

Qualifications

• First degree in any Social Science course/discipline
• 4-5 yrs experience in inventory management/warehousing processes.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Proficiency in MS Office suites (Excel, and Power-point)
• Self-directed with numerical skills.
• Great Inter-Personal skills
