    Invest Executive

    Job Objectives

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Investment Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for financial markets, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of investment strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the firm’s growth by sourcing new business opportunities, providing expert financial advice, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

    Role Overview

    • The Investment Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, guiding clients through investment decisions, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding market trends and the ability to offer tailored investment solutions that align with client financial goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source Investment Funds: Proactively seek out and secure investment funds on behalf of the company, aligning with the firm’s growth objectives.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, ensuring that clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Client Database Management: Improve and maintain an extensive and accurate client database to streamline client interactions and ensure consistent follow-up.
    • Investment Analysis: Investigate and assess available investment opportunities, ensuring they align with clients’ financial plans and objectives.
    • Financial Strategy Development: Analyze financial information provided by clients to develop strategies that meet their long-term financial goals.
    • Funds Sourcing: Source funds for the company’s portfolio at competitive market rates, contributing to the firm’s financial strength.
    • Target Achievement: Effectively deliver on daily, weekly, and monthly investment banking targets through financial intermediation, advisory, and investment services.
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain healthy relationships between the organization and clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Market Monitoring: Stay informed about financial market trends and practices to enhance sales strategies and customer service.
    • Financial Advisory: Provide clients with expert financial advice, assist in funds arrangement, and ensure proper documentation.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports as directed by the line manager.
    • Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned to support the firm’s objectives.

    Professional & Academic Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, financial services, or capital markets.
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
    • Advanced Qualifications: A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are considered advantageous.
