Junior Accountant at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Duties and Responsibilities:;

• Handling payroll operation and preparing payroll reports.
• Proper monitoring and control of vendors files, invoices and receipts.
• Daily inventories and book keeping.
• Preparation of financial statements, records and payment vouchers.
• Confidentiality and conduct a data base backup when necessary.
• Proper control of the store and all stock.

Qualification and Skill Sets

• A minimum of either HND or BSC in Accounting or other related certificate
• Must have at least 5 and above years of working experience
• Up-to-date with Industry policies and regulations
• MS excel skills and other related accounting software’s
• Good knowledge in the use Dynamic NAV (Navision app) would be an added advantage.
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
