Junior Business Analyst at Frontier Founders

Job Summary:

The firm is seeking a highly intelligent Junior Business Analyst to join the team. The primary focus of this role is to assist the investment team in screening new startup investing opportunities and presenting preliminary findings to the rest team. The Analyst will also work with the product teams on driving a variety of value creation initiatives within the firm’s portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will be a very smart, quick learner with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Job Description:

• ▪ Provide preliminary investment analysis to the firm’s investment team and operational support to firm’s portfolio companies. This will require the candidate to:
• Screen start-up pitch decks to identify potentially interesting investment opportunities  
• Work in close cooperation with the investment committee and the firm’s senior management on due diligence and other workstreams as necessary on pipeline transactions
• Develop investor presentations in collaboration with the investment team, and investee companies
• Assist in driving operational and administrative support to product teams for new ventures
• Support investor relations efforts with occasional investment updates and investor outreach
• Provide support on other assigned transactions and strategic issues as may be required
• Provide administrative support to the firm and firm’s senior management

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Second-Class Upper Degree from a top tier University. Degree in a quantitative field of study (i.e., Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Economics) preferred but not required
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience
