    Junior Customer Service

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a customer-facing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions.
    • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
    • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
    • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: OND, HND, BSC.
    • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong problem-solving abilities
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
