    Lead Claims (Insurance)

    Job Description

    • Build, Manage and lead a in house team of claims and adjusters during claims.
    • Oversee the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of insurance claims
    • Develop and implement claims handling procedures and guidelines
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
    • Collaborate with underwriting team and accounts team for proper claims filing.
    • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
