We are a well-established organization with a group holding structure with diverse business interests. We recently created a new division for the production of liquor spirit. We are looking for passionate individuals with experience in the production of spirit liquor to join our team.

SKILL/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of Spirit liquor production: Bitters, Gin, Rum, Liqueur, etc.
• Knowledge of Liquor Plant Design and Production Equipment Sourcing.
• Knowledge of Develop Procedures for Production Operations.
• Candidates should have the knowledge to develop Quality Control, Safety and Maintenance systems and manuals.
• Candidates should have the knowledge of Statutory Compliance modalities: NAFDAC and other government agencies.

JOB TASK /RESPONSIBILITY

• The Individual will be responsible for the setup and operations of our Liquor Production Plant.
