Job Details

• Explaining complex credit information clearly and simply to customers for better purchasing decisions.
• Follow up on online clients’ applications and convert them to sales.a
• Authorise loan booking to ensure loan details are in line with terms and conditions as agreed with customers.
• Ensure loan requirements are met by customers before approvals and disbursements.
• Tracking customer’s loan repayment and send repayment history upon request.
• Communicate with collections to initiate refund for customers whose repayment came in twice.
• Evaluating loan applications and approve/decline those that are within approved lending limits and in accordance with sound lending practices as set forth in policies and procedures.
