Maintenance Supervisor at Fabcom Structural Limited

• Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our production equipment within the Production Technology Department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs. 
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities. 
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Managing maintenance budgets and resources efficiently. Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management. 
• Valid electrician certification. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
