    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies of our client brands.
    • You will lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engage customer base, and ultimately increase sales.
    • Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be critical in achieving marketing goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and brand identity.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Brand Management: Oversee brand development and maintenance, ensuring that the brand remains consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
    • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Product Promotion: Plan and execute product launch strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Passion for confectionery products is a plus
