    Medical Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly capable medical officer to join our client’s team. As a Medical Officer, you will play a key role in managing their medical team and supervising the healthcare services provided.
    • Your responsibilities will include serving as a clinical advisor, overseeing clinical trials, conducting procedures on clients using the HIFU machine, and maintaining high standards of inpatient care.
    • To ensure success, medical officers should exhibit extensive clinical knowledge and demonstrable experience in a similar managerial role. An accomplished medical officer will be someone who can align their medical expertise with best practices in health administration.

    Responsibilities
    Clinical Leadership:

    • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
    • Oversee and manage clinical trials, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective patient treatment.
    • Conduct procedures on clients using the HIFU machine and other relevant medical equipment.

    Medical Management:

    • Verify complex diagnoses, facilitate treatment plans, and ensure accurate medical record-keeping.
    • Develop and implement plans and initiatives to improve patient care, experience, and welfare.
    • Supervise, mentor, and train healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Manage allocated budgets, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to medical research programs.
    • Liaise between administrative and medical staff, reporting to senior management on departmental activities and performance.

    Requirements

    • MBBS Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
    • Previous experience in a managerial role within a fertility clinic is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in using the HIFU machine is essential.
    • Experience in medical data collection and management is an advantage.
    • Female applicants are preferable.
    • Minimum age of 27 years old.
