    Operations Manager - Real Estate

    Job Summary:

    • The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining and managing the company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our real estate operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to support the company's growth and operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, including property management, leasing processes, and maintenance activities.
    • Team Management: Supervise and mentor staff, including administrative personnel, property managers, and maintenance teams. Ensure high performance and address any issues that arise.
    • Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
    • Budget Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Vendor Coordination: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
    • Customer Service: Address client and tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and key metrics for senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate industry. Experience with property management software is highly desirable.
    • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate operations, property management, and relevant regulations.
