• Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for ensuring seamless operations and leading teams to success? JC International is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operation Engineer Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for someone who excels in managing workflows, supervising engineering activities, and upholding high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for:

• Ensuring smooth and efficient running of all inspection engineering operations. Monitor and refine processes to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the inspection engineers. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry regulations.
• Overseeing the workflow of inspection engineers to optimize performance and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks.
• Exercising authority at the level established by management, making critical decisions to enhance operational effectiveness and resolve issues promptly.
• Working closely with other departments and management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations across the organization.
• Maximize Engineers/inspectors’ availability by constantly reviewing their movements and maintaining contact with off-duty hands.
• Keep maintenance log and calibration certificate files in both hard and soft copies for all work equipment.
• Management of Engineers/inspectors’ certification validity and reporting to the HR department for renewal advice.
• Determine gaps in Engineers/inspectors’ competence against the company Training Matrix for POB advantage.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager and HR to address training needs of field Engineers/technicians to ensure compliance with the Training Matrix.

Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering roles, with a strong background in team management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent supervisory and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and management
