Pastry Assistant Manager at Mama Cass

Location:  Lagos Mainland

Salary: N90,000-N100,000

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Business revenue, profitability and quality goals are met
• Ensure efficient business operation as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer-service standard
• Implement appropriate strategies to resolve trends and improve sales
• Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessary. There should not be a stock -out of items both raw material and finished goods
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, product and equipment and food Safety
• Ensure the cashflow and the budget of the outlet is prepared and managed
• Ensure requisition process is followed and Stock usage are according to the company standard
• Management of staff in the department and ensure retention of staff

Qualifications:

• A graduate with 2 to 4 years Sales Experience
• Restaurant sales experience is an edge
• Leadership quality
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Marketing skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
