    People & Operation Manager

    JOB OVERVIEW

    • Our client is seeking a People/Operation Manager who  will play a vital role in shaping the heart of their company.
    • You will build a positive and productive work environment, attract and develop top talent, and ensure smooth operational efficiency to support an ambitious growth trajectory

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, attracting top-tier talent while emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment where employees feel engaged, supported, and motivated to excel.
    • Oversee all HR administrative functions (record keeping, benefits, compliance, etc.), ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulations.
    • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance optimization, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive company culture.
    • Anticipate organizational needs, streamline operational processes and systems, and drive proactive planning to support seamless business growth.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and/or operations management, ideally within a dynamic growth environment.
