Personal Assistant to CFO at DexNova Consulting Limited

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact between the CFO and internal/external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls, requests, etc and distribute correspondence as appropriate.
• Manage the CFO’s diary and email, highlighting correspondence that requires urgent attention.
• Keep and maintain accurate records and documentation of correspondences (print and electronic) on behalf of the CFO
• Carry out research, market intelligence and business analysis on behalf of the CFO as may be necessary.
• Engage with Senior Team and represent the CFO at meetings as maybe necessary.
• Prepare relevant reports, write ups and presentation on behalf of the CFO etc.

Academic Qualification

• First degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role serving top Executives from recognized industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and strong attention to details.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI, etc
• Basic financial knowledge in LC processing, payable and receivable is required
• Experience in FMCG Industry is an added advantage.
