Job Objective

• To assist the pharmacist in the sales of over-the-counter drugs and attend to customer inquiries and complaints.
• To ensure delivery of all pharmacy operational/housekeeping roles as outlined in the standard operating procedure manual, under the direction and supervision of pharmacists

• Stock Management
• Adequate levels of pharmacy consumables (e.g., price labels, carrier bags)
• Fridge temperature monitoring
• Up to date date-check Rota
• Adequate STOCK LEVELS • Clean, tidy, and well arranged dispensary and store
• Clean and tidy and in working condition - BP monitor, weighing scale
