Job Description

• Paruto Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing moments and turning them into lasting memories.
• You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality images across a variety of subjects and settings.

Requirements

• Capture high-quality images in various settings, including events, portraits, product photography, and other assignments as needed.
• Retouch and edit images using software like Adobe Photoshop, Light-room, or similar tools to enhance and finalise photographs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored photography services.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition and properly set up for each session.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photoshoot that align with the company's brand and client objectives.
• Organize and archive image files, ensuring they are accessible and properly labelled for future use.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles.
• Proficiency in photography equipment and software (e.g., cameras, lenses, lighting, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of photography techniques, composition, lighting, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required for shoots.
• Experience with videography is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media trends and experience in content creation for digital platforms.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
• Ensure all photography activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
