    Pre-Sales Engineer

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Sales Engineer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and developing solutions that leverage Microsoft, Huawei, Oracle, and AWS cloud services.
    • You will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance on the best cloud solutions from Microsoft, Huawei, Oracle, and AWS.
    • Solution Design: Develop and present tailored cloud solutions and architectures that address client challenges and align with their strategic goals.
    • Demonstrations and Proof of Concept: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our cloud services.
    • Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, scope of work, and pricing, to support the sales process.
    • Customer Support: Address technical questions and provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and plan client engagements, provide feedback on client needs, and refine sales tactics.
    • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft, Huawei, Oracle, and AWS cloud technologies. Share insights with the team and contribute to ongoing learning and development

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Microsoft, Huawei, Oracle, and AWS cloud platforms are highly desirable.
    • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer, with a strong background in cloud solutions and services.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and AWS services, including solution architecture, migration strategies, and integration.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
