• Our client in the Fintech space is seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketer to join our marketing team. As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions.
• You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to various target audiences, ensuring compelling content and relevant offers to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create email marketing plans that integrate with other marketing channels and support overall marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough audience segmentation and A/B testing to optimize email performance and enhance deliverability and open rates.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Implement best practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and maintain a positive sender reputation.
• Manage and maintain our email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Craft compelling email copy and design appealing templates that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand's tone and style.
• Coordinate automated email workflows, including welcome series, and personalized customer journeys.
• Monitor and report on competitors' email marketing activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about email marketing tools and technologies, recommending new tools that enhance productivity and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketer or in a similar role, showcasing successful email campaigns and increased engagement metrics.
• Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Sendgrid, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
