Project Architect at Sapir Projects Limited

• We are seeking a qualified Project Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2 - 4 years related experience 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem solving skills 
• Strong technical expertise related to design and Construction 
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
