We are looking for a well-organized project manager/executive assistant to help scale the operations of our organization.
We are a very typical agency with all the usual characteristics disorganized, lack structure (which would this role help establish), not rich, with a team of people of growth mindset and looking for one more to join us.
We need someone who is well-versed in project planning and business plan research and writing, and also concrete project management skills. Even though we treasure experience, knowledge of the Project Management Book of Practice and PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are much more regarded.
In your day to day, you will be creating forms, project documents business plans, tracking employee performance, scheduling team members and also creating SOPs, workflows and all manner of documentation.
