• Our Client is into Interior Decoration, Events and Real Estate. They need the services of a Project Manager in their firm.

• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns
• Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines
• Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered
• Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans
• Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project
• Collaborate with the lead project manager to write construction proposals.
• Maintain and update the sustainable design materials library on-site.
• Research and attend trade shows and other continuing education opportunities.

Skills

• Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.
• Familiarity and interest in sustainable design and materials.
• Competent in drafting (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools.
• Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.
• Works flexibly and collaboratively with building designers and architects.
• Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
• Strong understanding of budgets, construction schedules and fees.
• Able to create presentation books and other sales materials.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design/Architecture or Architecture or any related field from an accredited university is preferred.
• 5 years or more experience working in the field.
