    Receptionist/Customer Care Representative

    Spraditech Digital Solutions is an ICT Company based in Lagos That provides Trainings and digital solutions for success in business and career. We are seeking the services of an experienced female receptionist/customer care representative.

    As a receptionist/customer care representative, you will be in charge of giving clients directions based on training needs, enrolling and registering clients into our digital marketing training programmes, monitoring clients' training progress, restrict clients whose training period have expired, answering phones, taking messages, sorting and distributing emails, answering questions, responding to clients' complaints and selling our training services to prospective clients.
    Full Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and registering clients into our training programmes.
    • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
    • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
    • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
    • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
    • Responding promptly to clients' inquiries.
    • Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints.
    • In charge of postings on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), WhatsApp, and YouTube channel.
    • Knowing our services inside out for product knowledge and clarification.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the general manager.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • At least 1 year's experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
    • Eloquent, ability to work under pressure.
    • Friendly, Not hot-tempered
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Presentable
    • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
    • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
    • Experience working with customer support - a plus
    • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
    • Close proximity to Unilag
