    Digital Marketer

    Spraditech Digital Solutions is an ICT Company based in Lagos That provides Trainings and digital solutions for success in business and career. We are seeking the services of an experienced Digital Marketer to be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s brand, products, and services. Your duty include graphics designing, video coverage and editing of our training classes, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. You typically should have experience in art direction and social media.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Graphics designing
    • Managing our Youtube Channel
    • Creation of at least one well researched SEO optimised blog post per day
    • Video and photo covering of our trainings
    • Possess a monthly content creation plan
    • Editing of videos covered
    • Create content for our social media, website and Youtube channel
    • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
    • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
    • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
    • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
    • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
    • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
    • Conversant with graphics designing using any of the following tools - Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Inshot, GIMP, etc
    • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a digital marketing 
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
    • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eloquent and able to work under pressure, 
    • Friendly. Not hot-tempered.
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, 
    • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

    Office Assistant Intern (Male)

We are seeking the services of an experienced male office assistant. At Spraditech, we owe success to our people and processes. An office assistant is the supportive force behind both, and we’re currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He will have previous experience working in an office environment. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and take photo and video coverage of our training sessions is essential to the position.

    Full Responsibilities:

    • Keep the office clean and organized throughout (rest room, training room and communal areas)
    • Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements and making sure training equipment is in working order
    • Assisting the digital marketer to film the training sessions and take photographs
    • Ensure optimal operation of equipment, office supplies, and inventories with preventive maintenance
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

    Requirements

    Receptionist/Customer Care Representative

    Spraditech Digital Solutions is an ICT Company based in Lagos That provides Trainings and digital solutions for success in business and career. We are seeking the services of an experienced female receptionist/customer care representative.

    As a receptionist/customer care representative, you will be in charge of giving clients directions based on training needs, enrolling and registering clients into our digital marketing training programmes, monitoring clients' training progress, restrict clients whose training period have expired, answering phones, taking messages, sorting and distributing emails, answering questions, responding to clients' complaints and selling our training services to prospective clients.
    Full Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and registering clients into our training programmes.
    • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
    • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
    • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
    • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
    • Responding promptly to clients' inquiries.
    • Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints.
    • In charge of postings on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), WhatsApp, and YouTube channel.
    • Knowing our services inside out for product knowledge and clarification.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the general manager.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • At least 1 year's experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
    • Eloquent, ability to work under pressure.
    • Friendly, Not hot-tempered
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Presentable
    • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
    • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
    • Experience working with customer support - a plus
    • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
