Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager who will be responsible for monitoring the overall business transactions and sales performance of our organization within a region

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities.
• Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
• Lead and direct region sales organization to exceed sales plan and achieve regional sales goals.
• Handle sales team staffing to ensure timely meeting of company’s short, medium and long term goals.
• Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts.
• Review regional performance against targets, objectives and KPIs and enhance performan ce.
• Suggest discounts and incentives.
• Manage personal business expenses within region.
• Ensure net revenue growth and retention focusing on new business.
• Establish Insurance industry’s key contact relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration and any other relevant field
• Good leadership skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Be able to independently manage short to medium term projects & ensure proper governance & administration is followed
• Ability to Multitask
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
