To help the company grow its revenue and increase market share

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new business opportunities for deposit mobilization and quality risk asset
• Nurture new and existing client relationships by promoting new products and services.
• Engagements with potential clients to identify financial needs and as well develop tailored solutions
• Mobilize deposit in line with target for the periods.
• Prepare credit approval memos for onward approval by Credit Risk team and Credit Committee
• Carry out loan monitoring activities through customer engagement
• Communicate with other members of the team to coordinate sales efforts
• Carry out financial statement analysis for preparation of credit memos

Qualifications

Education

• First degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance or marketing
• Additional qualification in any business-related discipline may be an added advantage

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience out of which at least five (3) must have been in the financial services industry
• License & Certification Relevant certifications
