Job Description

• The Reservation and Ticketing Executive is responsible for providing professional, customer-focused travel services by handling reservations and ticketing for various airlines.
• This role requires an individual with a solid understanding of the travel industry, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems(GDS). The ideal candidate must possess an IATA Foundation Diploma and be a Graduate with NYSC.

Key Responsibilities
Reservation & Ticketing Management:

• Manage flight reservations and bookings for clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as
• Amadeus or Galileo.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Process ticket exchanges and reissues in compliance with airline regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticketing transactions, and client communications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and reservations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Graduate Degree with NYSC completed.
• Must have an IATA Foundation Diploma.
• Previous experience from 2-5 years in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
