Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering Superior food and beverage services and maximizing Customers satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Motivate Staff to provide excellent Customer Service
• Maintain restaurants’ revenue, profitability and quality goals
• Instill discipline amongst staff
• Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the restaurant operations
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Be familiar with re-order level of materials
• Manage restaurants’ good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control Operational Costs and identify ways to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly and monthly revenue and expenses
• Purchases and replenishment of stocks and materials

Skills and Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, hospitality management, Hotel and Catering Management / Trade Tests in Culinary Schools
• Proven Customer Service experience as a Manager in an established Eatery
• Familiarity with Restaurant Management software
• Strong Leadership, Motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Flair for culinary
• Dedication to duty
• Very mature Female
• Age; 35- 45 years
