    Sales Account Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Our Clients seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join the team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
    • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve products and services.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the organisation..

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of about 5 7 years as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong understanding of internet services and connectivity solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
