    Sales and Business Development Engineer

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Engineer to join our team and help drive our growth and success.
    • The Sales and Business Development Engineer will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
    • This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales and business development skills to meet and exceed sales targets and expand our market presence.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and target potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand market share.
    • Develop relationships with clients,prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Create and manage proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
    • Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

    Technical Sales:

    • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products and solutions.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.

    Client Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during and after the sales process.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong relationships with clients.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Track sales performance and report on key metrics, and client interaction.
    • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management on progress and opportunities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in the MEI field, sales, business development role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Eletrical, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration.
    • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
