Sales Director at People Capacity Management

Job Responsibilities

• Developing innovative product and services package to proffer to client
• Developing business model for the Unit
• Driving Business Development efforts including market exploration and sales.
• Developing staff, especially those in Business development for peak performance and hand-holding key BD staff for skills and network
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through first-class timely product delivery and after sales service
• Building and sustaining favourable brand image for Case tractor and implements
• Develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability

Qualifications

• A minimum of 20 years and 10 years experience in sales or a similar role
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field; Second Class Upper
• Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Masters Degree
• NIMN, ISMMN certification or other related certification
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Cognate experience in an automobile industry is an added advantage
