Sales Executive at Brit Property Nigeria

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd located in Lekki.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating and closing sales deals, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• The Sales Executive will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the property market.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good knowledge of the property market and current industry trends
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
