    Sales Executive

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Mshel Homes properties.
    • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Mshel Homes.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, progress, and results.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
      • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulation
