    Sales Lead

    Job Description

    • Rentspace is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing a team of direct sales agents and ensuring their productivity and performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Have a team of at least 50 direct sales agents prior to now, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth and generate revenue.
    • Set clear sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor their progress regularly.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients in line with the company's target market.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of high performance, motivation, and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to individual team members, offering training and development opportunities as needed.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years experience.
    • Have at least 50 direct sales agents at hand.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large sales team.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
