    Sales Manager

    Job Description: 

    • As a Sales Manager at Geoplex Drillteq Limited, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients in the oil and gas servicing sector.
    • Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, expand our market presence, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Requirement For Consideration:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
    • Proven track record of success in sales management within the oil and gas servicing sector.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
