Sales / Marketing Officer at FlyBoku

Responsibilities: 

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Sales and promotion of wide range of travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and other travel-related services.
• Consult with clients and understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Analyze budgets, preparing annual sales budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Carry out market research to identify target audience demographics and reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns
• Identify market opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. 
• Prepare detailed information documents and marketing materials related to products and services
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and generating leads by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• (Additional certifications in travel or hospitality is a plus)
• 3-5years experience in marketing and sales preferably in travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
