• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Office Representative to join our team.
• As the first point of contact for clients and prospects, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop existing relationships, and work closely with our technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet clients' electrical, security, and safety needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a related field (electrical services, security, or safety)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
