    Senior Account Executive (Food Mobility Company)

    Job Description
    Our client is a reputable Food Mobility startup based in Lagos, Nigeria.

    The Company is seeking to hire a Senior Account Executives that will be responsible for driving B2B sales and growing existing business.

    The ideal candidate should be a reliable relationship management professional with deep experience in sales and customer service, who is able to articulate business value propositions to align with customers’ needs, through a result driven approach.

    The Senior Account Executive is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivating solid relationships with major organizations to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
    • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
    • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
    • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited account executives.
    • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
    • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
    • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
    • Handling complaints and negotiations.

    Requirements

    • First degree from a reputable institution.
    • Proven sales or account management experience in the B2B sector.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Good knowledge using Sales operational tools, like Hubspot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, etc.
    • Great network within the Nigerian corporate landscape.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills

    Benefits

    • Guaranteed Base pay is BTW N150, 000.00 to N200, 000.00 monthly
