Job Description

• Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules by GAAP and company policies.
• Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as property management and development, to gather and analyze financial information.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare budgeting, expenditure forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, facilitating smooth audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare annual returns and provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
