    Senior Product Operations Manager

    You will be working as a Senior Product Operations Manager in our Product and Technology Division, which is now composed of 75+ people in Lagos, Bangalore, Paris, Türkiye, and remotely across the globe.

    We are building Engineering centres of excellence across multiple regions and are looking for smart, talented, driven engineers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core engineering team of a fast-growing fintech poised for more rapid growth in the coming years.

    About The Role:

    • Support tracking of product-related tasks to ensure they are on time.
    • Assist in measuring product performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, and keep up to date.
    • Analyze product usage and activity data to identify feature enhancements.
    • Work with the Product Manager to develop processes, accelerate product development and improve customer experience.
    • Collaborating with product managers to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
    • Carry out transaction reversals and reconciliation.
    • Ensure all customer product related issues and complaints are fixed within 24hrs.
    • Identifying areas of inefficiency in product development processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Communicating regularly with key stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and , to ensure alignment and buy-in.
    • Analyzing product data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product decisions.
    • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
    • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
    • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.

    Requirements

    • You should have 5+ years of working with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas such as acquiring, payments and so on.
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent product knowledge and operational excellence.
    • Strong understanding of payments and collections products.
    • Experience with different transaction scenarios within the Fin-Tech Industry.
    • Highly customer-centric and good problem solving skills.
    • A strong knack for data.
    • Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel
