    Senior Sales Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and building partnerships.
    • Proactively seek out potential clients through various marketing and outreach efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    • Provide tailored property solutions and expert advice to clients based on their needs and preferences.
    • Work closely with the internal team to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
    • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving company-wide sales strategies and customer relations.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance and client feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with proven success in closing high-value deals.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
