    Spa Receptionist

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Welcome and greeting clients and visitors as they walk into the spa reception.
    • Responsible for booking, scheduling and confirm appointments for clients.
    • Assist clients to process payment for service rendered.
    • Coordinate the marketing and promotional activities for the Spa.

    REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Spa industry

    REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

    • Passionate about Spas and a healthy lifestyle
    • Excellent Customer Service and people skills
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Able to work flexible schedules
