    Technical Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Client Interaction: Maintain a strong client-facing presence, facilitating kickoff meetings, client meetings, and the fact-finding/research process to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Account Management: Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
    • Deadline Management: Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
    • Dynamic Environment Adaptation: Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and priorities.
    • Technical Understanding: Utilize a strong understanding of the technical process, including GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, breakout demos, and more.
    • PM Tools: Leverage project management and resource planning tools to effectively manage resources, timelines, and project progress.
       

    What Success Looks Like:
     

    • Effective Project Management: Successfully manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Strong Client Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Timely Delivery: Consistently meet project deadlines, managing timelines and resources effectively.
    • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple projects and changing priorities with ease.
    • Technical Proficiency: Utilize a solid understanding of technical processes and project management tools to effectively manage projects and resources.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a strong technical background.
    • Client Interaction: High level of emotional intelligence and strong client interaction skills, with experience in account management.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and managing deadlines.
    • Dynamic Environment Adaptation: Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments.
    • Technical Understanding: Understanding of the full project process, from branding and digital design to engineering execution and delivery. Experience with GitHub, Jira, agile sprint planning, and breakout demos is a plus.
    • PM Tools: Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools.
    • Communication Skills: Native command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
