    Technical Sales Manager (Sandwich Panels)

    Job Overview

    • As the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and performance of our insulation panels within key markets.
    • This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
    • You will lead a sales team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to business growth by developing new opportunities and managing existing accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for insulation panel products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights to clients.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build strategic partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and market intelligence within the CRM system.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within insulation panels or a related industry such as roofing, pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), or construction.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
    • In-depth knowledge of insulation panel products, including technical specifications and installation techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales data for informed decision-making.
