Job Description

• Paruto Media is looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
• You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing video content that meets the company's or clients' needs and vision.

Requirements

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, corporate events, interviews, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with the project objectives.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the final product.
• Set up and operate video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other gear. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Organize, archive, and manage video files, ensuring they are accessible and properly labeled for future use.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in videography, video editing, and digital media to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure all video production activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:  

• Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and content.
• Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and sound design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required for shoots.
• Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media trends and experience in content creation for digital platforms.
