Warehouse Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular quality checks
• Ensure all shipments are processed promptly and accurately
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff and provide training as needed
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues
• Monitor and optimize warehouse efficiency to meet productivity goals
• Assist with inventory forecasting and planning to meet customer demands
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
