    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Manage all accounting transactions.
    • Prepare budget forecasts.
    • Publish financial statements in time.
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely bank payments.
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
    • Audit financial transactions and documents.
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accounting, or Banking and Finance.
    • 3 - 5 years of Accounting experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 monthly

    Inventory Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
    • Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
    • Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
    • Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
    • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
    • Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
    • Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
    • Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
    • Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
    • Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

    Requirements

    • A Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
    • 3-7 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
    • Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as NetSuite, Fishbowl, and Zoho Inventory or any other will be an added advantage.
    • Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
    • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Highly Numeric.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N150,000  / Month.

    Office Assistant

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
    • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
    • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
    • Maintaining office equipment as needed.

    Human Resource Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle recruitment services
    • Conduct interview, shortlist and prepare candidates
    • Liaise with clients to understand their HR needs
    • Handle training requests and create learning materials
    • Follow through with all vital documentation of employees
    • Handle meetings and representations on behalf of lead HR
    • Handle online and physical trainings
    • Create training videos materials and slides
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or related field with 1-3 years experience.
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
    • Must have a computer system
    • Must be able to efficiently work remotely and independently
    • Experience with an HRIS or HRMS and basic knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills.
