    Accountant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Verification of calculations and input of codes into the accounting system in an accurate manner;
    • Posting of cash receipts and payment vouchers into the cashbook;
    • Ensuring all respective support documents such as receipts are attached to payment vouchers;
    • Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations;
    • Compilation, analysis and preparation of data for financial statements, expenditures, revenues, accounts and reports;
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and provision of updates on budget implementation;
    • Assist in monitoring the expenditures to ensure that funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year.
    • Participation in the preparations for external, internal and tax audit exercises and payroll;
    • Ensuring all relevant files and documents are readily available for smooth running of audit exercises;
    • Performing any other duties as required;

    Qualifications

    • Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc. Degree in a related field
    • Minimum working experience of two (2) years.
    • Possession of ACCA or ACA, CFA is an added advantage.
    • Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of MS Project.
    • Ability to reconcile and or balance financial transactions and accounts.
    • Knowledge of accounting and book-keeping terminology and practices.
    • Knowledge of general record keeping and filing systems.
    • Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ability to detect errors.
    • Ability to determine work priorities.

    IT Systems Administrator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensures that all systems and devices on the company’s network are maintained functional and secured with minimum downtime (5%)
    • Determine minimum acceptable notice for service outages.
    • Communicate planned outages to staff.
    • Determine and implement a work-around with redundancies to eliminate service outages
    • Maintenance of all network devices
    • Systems and software audit and inventory

    Monitoring:

    • Keep logs of client/user requests and IT issues comprising:
    • Time of complaint
    • Time of resolution
    • Duration
    • Resolution & Lessons learned.
    • Advice HOD on status, and monetary implications for the company.
    • Maintain an incidence report database showing incidence, time escalated, time-resolved, and lessons learned in the helpdesk portal.
    • Assist the Head of IT in developing and monitoring KPIs.
    • Liaising with our consultants and providers to ensure timely delivery and quality services at the best price.
    • Ensure that the internal systems and network in the organization are maintained as agreed in SLAs or to company standards.
    • Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Head of IT.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Continually seek out new ways of improving the company’s operations.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of IT or digital skills-related experience in a multi-divisional organization.
    • Good working understanding of IT concepts, Information security, and Cloud Computing. CCNA certifications are a plus.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer orientation and ability to work with people at all levels in an organization.

    Admin Coordinator / Executive Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides confidential administrative assistance to the chief executives
    • Act as the MD/ED’s point of contact, analysing and actioning requests in order to prioritise urgent and often sensitive matters, and taking decisive action to facilitate the optimal use of the Secretary/Chief Executives time
    • Manage the MDs diary appointments, records and correspondence, proactively scheduling, organising and prioritising meetings and providing support to facilitate the smooth operation of the Office of the Secretary/Chief Executive
    • Manage, prepare and review high level complex communications within the organization, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support the achievement of business requirements

    • Screens and assesses incoming and outgoing correspondence and develops replies
    • Handles incoming and outgoing dispatch and receiving activities
    • Assists in the coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special projects
    • Coordinates and supervises the daily management of equipment and facilities for the organization

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
    • 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably in an administrative position or related field
    • Highly efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines are due
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
    • Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually.

    HSSEQ Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control all HSSEQ matters related with project team members and contractors in ensuring that the Project is in compliance with the project requirement i.e., specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to the project.
    • Ensure that Project is executed in compliance with HSSEQ Management Plan, HSSEQ Management Procedure, Environmental Management Procedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSSEQ Audit Plan/Procedure and any other HSSEQ related documents.
    • Participate in HSE Risk Assessment and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and with related 3rd parties.
    • Monitor and update the HSSEQ risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.
    • Enforce and audit activities to ensure it meets design criteria and other HSSEQ guideline. Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit and process it.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience of work in Oil & Gas project with at least five (5) project experiences as HSSEQ related position i.e. Safety Officer.
    • Certified by NEBOSH
    • Experience with providing inputs regarding HSSEQ related deliverables such as HSSEQ Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental Management Procedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, Iead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 etc.
    • Experience with reviewing and participating in the development of HSSEQ management systems.
    • Experience with preparing HSSEQ training programmes and conduct training as supervisor.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
    • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.
    • Familiarity with the national oil company’s established policies and procedures on is mandatory.
