    Accountant II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained.
    • Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports.
    • Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
    • Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies.
    • Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner.
    • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
    • This position would be typically described as Senior Accountant, who, on top of level 1 is, for example, responsible for posting complex accounting entries, reconciling complex accounts, etc.

    Operational Safety Leader - OSL

    Description

    • Ensures proper implementation of the Company HSE Policies, DGEP HSE rules and contractors’ compliance with the HSE clauses
    • from relevant contracts within Techlog Division and its activities on all the sites
    • Investigates and analyzes all incidents and accidents, prepares cause tree analysis, compiles reports. Follows up on corrective actions
    • to ensure completion and compliance.
    • Promotes safe and responsible work culture with the Company logistics and contractor personnel.
    • Reviews logistics contractors’ HSE Management Systems, identifies gaps that require bridging with the Company’s HSE MS
    • systems, prepares, issues and updates the bridging documents.
    • Conducts regular audits of contractors’ facilities (bases, heliports, ships, etc.) in cooperation with Aviation and Marine specialists.
    • Follows up and maintains up to date the EPOB (Extended Personnel on Board) files.
    • Schedules the training sessions for COMPANY's Technical Logistics personnel.
    • Maintains all HSE records, statistics and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting: recording of all incidents, accidents, safety observations,using the Company’s systems and databases (ex. Synergi, Enablon, etc.).
    • Ensure that contractor’s Anomaly reporting system is in place on site and that cards are reported and analyzed for trends and subsequent actions identified
    • Prepares departmental monthly HSE reports and any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.
    • Supports all Company Safety Initiatives and organizes HSE campaigns for logistics contractors.
    • Organizes and chairs special HSE events: departmental HSE committees, HSE Forums, etc.
    • Supports HQ audits as required, provides information, organizes HSE reviews for the LSO department.
    • Provides HSE support to all Techlog operations across all sites and the logistic bases: Aviation - Up to 2 helicopters; Vessels: 8
    • PSVs/FSIVs, 6 Tugs/AHTS, 6 crew boats, 11 Security vessels and 4 River Security vessels on long-term contract plus spot charters.
    • All recordable incidents and accidents are entered in the Company reporting systems, cases investigated, corrective actions defined, implemented and closed out.
    • Number of audits per year: 6, number of HSE Forums per year: 2.
    • Contractors are applying correct safety rules and procedures.

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in an HSE or Engineering discipline.
    • Fully conversant with relevant legislation, Company Rules (Referential) and best practices.
    • Fully conversant with the use of Microsoft Office.
    • Minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in the HSE capacity.
